Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Marketing Officer Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth across our diverse range of ICT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans tailored to promote Basela Tech's services, including ERP solutions, website and mobile app development, software development, chatbot development, and digital marketing services.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging content for our website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels to effectively communicate our value propositions.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage Basela Tech's social media profiles, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging that aligns with our brand identity.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and report on ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma / Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of content creation and social media management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with the ICT sector and related services is a plus.
